Money is a problem. For most all of us. But, teaching our kids about money is an extreme challenge today for a variety for a variety of reasons. The sense of entitlement pervades our society! Well, this Thursday September, 5 from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. PT/9:00 – 10:00 p.m. ET we are going to talk money, allowance, and teaching our kids the value of a buck! Pam Whitlock and her husband, Frank, are the owners of MoneyTrail.net, an allowance and money management system for kids, teens and families. Started in 2010, MoneyTrail enables kids and teens to practice money management skills. The Whitlock’s have four children, ages 10 – 20 and experienced firsthand the need for a financial literacy system that is designed for kids & teens. Pam holds a degree in Elementary Education and Reading from Western Carolina University and is a former elementary school and preschool special needs teacher. She also has several years of experience as a director of an educational childcare center.
Pam writes The MoneyTrail Blog which specializes in financial topics relating to kids from preschool through college and often speaks to groups of parents about raising financially smart children.
