As Dad and Son head to Broadway, we publish our 96th Because I Said So comic strip. We are approaching our 100th comic strip and we will soon release our Kickstarter Book Campaign for a commemorative book celebrating that milestone and including all 100 comic strips, a history of its development, and a step-by-step how-to guide from VoogDesigns on how he illustrates these strips so marvelously! Number 96 is about a visit to New York where Dad is reminiscing while Son is just LOVING IT!

Dad Goes to Outside Lands in San Francisco
The generations collide yet again as Dad gets down – way down – while attending The Outside Lands Music Festival in San Francisco with Son. Dad references Woodstock to which Son is lost. Heck, Son wishes he was really lost – away from Dad and “his moves!” Of course, everyone knows that I’m NOT That Dad, though I did happen to attend Outside Lands. Enjoy The Best of Outside Lands 2013, a 12-minute highlights video and A Taste of Paul, short clips from Paul McCartney’s nearly 3-hour opening night performance.
The Entitlement Generation – I Need $50
This is our 93rd Because I Said So comic strip, written by me and illustrated by VoogDesigns. We will be starting a Kickstarter campaign for our commemorative book honoring the first 100 comics. The prizes to be offered will be special so, stay tuned! We talked about The Entitlement Generation at #DadChat – read the transcript and add to the discussion!
Sibling Rivalry
Multitasking
Last week’s Because I Said So looked at The Generation Gap from “Dad’s” point-of-view. This week we see it from “Son’s” point-of-view with the art of multitasking. It’s only fair!
Dad Loves Broadway
Son is watching television – he loves Broadway and Theatre – with Dad, who asks what he’s watching. Son says, “The Tony’s” and Dad is totally lost and confused…again.
Dad, Technology Genius
Again, I MUST remind you that I’m NOT That Dad (which is just the name of my weekly vlogs)! This comic script, however, was inspired by my younger son attending his prom. “Dad” tries to take a photo of his dashing-looking son thinking that he, “Dad,” is in fact a technology geniusl.
