I can’t believe I haven’t taken on cars in this series on Men vs. Women! There are such gigantic differences in how we look at, buy, appreciate, and deal with the horseless carriage. In many ways, I think our respective attitude about cars is emblematic of our attitudes about most everything. Again, this is not a right or wrong, just a big difference.
Ahhh, sometimes it’s we parents who are the naive ones as our 104th Because I Said So comic strip aptly illustrates!

It was an iconic movie moment when Peter Finch, in Paddy Chayevsky’s movie Network screamed out, “I’m mad as hell and I’m not going to take it any more!” I wonder how many readers saw that movie when it came out? Or even know of it at all? My question is why is everyone so angry these days over often very trivial things?
